CAREGIVER SUPPORT GROUP
Carers meet to share their concerns, offer support to each other and discover ways and resources to solve problems. Without self-care, the increased demands on a caregiver take their toll. The group is also helpful to those who want to have that difficult conversation with a parent or partner about needing extra care or those who want to support family members who are care-giving a loved one here or hundreds of miles away.
How can I participate?
Sponsored by Quadra Circle and facilitated by volunteers, the Support Group meets twice a month at the Quadra Community Centre.
Regular attendance is not required; cost is Free or by Donation; new members are always welcome.
